A: Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

A: Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

A: We ship to most regions worldwide. Please check this detailed breakdown (add link) before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location.

A: Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost table (add link) to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than $75, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

A: Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

A: Yes, it is 100% human hair, and if you do the test, You will find that the human hair in the burning will appear white smoke, and will become ashes; Artificial hair burns to create dark smoke and turns into a sticky ball.

A: DBO has over 20 years of experience in Wigs manufacturing, ensuring the quality of any products and customers.

A: Yes. You can wash it as your own. Use shampoo and conditioner to wash it. Because the hair is a wig, it can not get oil and nutrition from the body, you can use hair essential oils to condition it. We also recommend using a hair nutrition treatment on them every few weeks.

Our Wigs are Chemical free. The hair only deal with the disinfection and nutrition treatment, there will be a local smell of shampoo and oil. But after you washed it with shampoo and conditioner, the smell will be gone.

A: There will be a few stands in hands when comb our own hair, we highly suggest you sew the weft before installing, it will get much better in the future. 

A: The hair can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build -up, salt water, chlorine and not combing your hair daily . Make sure to wash and condition your hair twice a week. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

A: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We recommend to dye darker, not llighter since the hair extention has been processed anad colored, it is difficult to fade the original color. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hair-dresser dye the extension as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself alwyas poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't  get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

 A: Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iorn/straghterner or tongs, even when ftted,but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it would not last as long.
